Do you work white-label?
Yes, always. On a partner assignment we represent your company, and we never solicit or quote the customer you introduced us to.
Can you receive signs that we ship to Alberta?
Yes. We receive the shipment at our warehouse, inspect it for damage, store it and deliver it to the site on install day.
How far do you travel?
All of Alberta. We are based in Edmonton and travel to Calgary, Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge and everywhere between.
What height can you reach?
Our bucket van has a 40 ft working reach. For taller signs we rent larger aerial equipment for the job.
Can you provide insurance and WCB certificates?
Yes. We carry $2M Commercial General Liability and active WCB Alberta coverage, and we send certificates with your vendor application.
Can you invoice in US dollars?
Yes. We invoice in Canadian or US dollars.
Do you handle permits?
We prepare permit applications for signs that we fabricate. For signs you supply, tell us what the program requires and we will confirm what we can take on.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Partner accounts have service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
