A sign that is half lit or cracked tells customers the business inside is struggling. We service and repair signs we did not build as well as our own, so you do not have to track down the original sign company.
Most service calls are diagnosed on the first visit. We carry LED modules, power supplies, ballasts, lamps and common hardware on the truck, and faces and letters are made in our own shop, so you are not waiting on an outside supplier.
Converting an old fluorescent or neon cabinet to LED is the most common job we do. It cuts the power bill, ends the flicker, and the sign lights evenly again. We also take on maintenance for plazas and property managers who want one company looking after every tenant sign.

- Our own 40 ft bucket van and trailer. Larger aerial lifts are rented for high signs.
- Any brand
- We service signs built by other companies as well as our own. Send a photo and we will tell you what it needs.
- Parts
- LED modules, power supplies, ballasts, lamps, photocells and hardware carried on the truck. Faces and letters are made in our shop.
- Electrical
- Sign circuit and disconnect work is done with a licensed electrician where the job requires it.
- Reports
- Before-and-after photos with every service call, which property managers can pass on to tenants and owners.

Common questions
Do you repair signs that another company made?
Yes. Most of our service work is on signs built by someone else. Send a photo of the sign and tell us what it is doing, and we will quote the repair.
Is it worth converting my old sign to LED?
Usually, yes. LED modules use a fraction of the power of fluorescent tubes or neon, last for years, and light the face evenly. The retrofit normally costs less than a new sign and the power savings pay it back over time.
My sign is only partly lit. What is wrong with it?
In a fluorescent cabinet it is usually a failed lamp or ballast. In a channel letter or LED sign it is normally a power supply or a bad run of modules. We diagnose it on site and carry the common parts on the truck.
Can you change the name on my sign?
Yes. Depending on the sign we re-letter the existing face, print a new face, or replace the letters. We will tell you the options after we see it.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Plazas, property managers and multi-location businesses can put every sign under one account with scheduled inspections and a single number to call when something goes dark.
How quickly can you come out?
Service calls are booked on a first-come basis, with priority for our loyal customers and partner accounts. For safety issues such as a loose or damaged sign, call us and we will make it safe as quickly as we can.
